Shipping and Returns


At Ari Aristi Cerámica, we ship throughout Mexico. Shipping costs depend on the final destination and the weight of the product(s) in the order.


At Ari Aristi Cerámica, we'll handle the shipping, ensuring the safety of your product during transit. We partner with the best courier services in the country.


Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package by email. Once the order is in the hands of the shipping company, delivery is their responsibility. In the case of special or regionally limited deliveries, we will provide the specifications on the product page, and you will need to select the correct delivery option.


If we are unable to contact you for delivery of an order, we will contact you using the various methods provided. After a period of 60 calendar days without contact, the order will be canceled and will not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN POLICIES


At Ari Aristi Cerámica, we want to guarantee the best service, so we have a period of 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. After this period, we cannot issue exchanges or refunds.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, retaining the original packaging.
Some of our products are not eligible for returns, such as special delivery promotions or seasonal perishable items.


If the product was damaged during shipping, it's important that you document the damage with photographs upon opening the package and contact us at aristiariadna@gmail.com or any of our social media channels to process the exchange or return. It's important that you provide the following information in your request:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Reasons for return
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the packaging received

Once we've reviewed your case, we'll contact you to notify you of the return's approval or rejection, as well as instructions on how to proceed if the return has been accepted.

If you are eligible for a refund, you must provide your bank details to process it. Once the refund is processed, you will be notified by email with proof of deposit. If you do not see it, please contact your bank directly, as in some cases the transfer may be blocked by the institution for security reasons.

The User may cancel the purchase of Products made through the Website, provided that the Products purchased have not left Ari Aristi Cerámica's facilities. If the Products have already been shipped by Ari Aristi Cerámica, the User may not cancel the purchase and must follow the order return procedure.

If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, you can request a free exchange via email, and we will notify you how to proceed, provided you request the exchange within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your product.


Discounted or promotional items will not be eligible for a refund; however, they may be applied toward a gift voucher for the full or partial value of the product, as applicable.


If you are not satisfied or the product is not what you expected, you can request an exchange or return within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your order. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the replacement product.
